Thanks everyone.

No, FCR.

We only let him off the leash if there's a few, well mannered, dogs there. He hates most overly hyper dogs. If there's only a few dogs, and they're all behaved, We let Simba go. Because Simba just likes to mind his own business and gets cranky when some other dog tries to mess with him. He'd much rather sit at the bench and watch what's going on, or go for a walk around the perimeter of the park. I also don't trust the people with him. They don't know him and don't know how he's skiddish around people. I let him off leash at the PT meeting in Ohio only because I trusted everyone there. That and because he didn't move an inch from the picnic table for the most part.

Oh, K8soul! You, Tommy, and especially Tasha are welcome to our part of the world anytime to play! Nala does get her hyper moments, especially at the park. She LOVES to play -- but trust me, she is the most comfiest, laziest pup to cuddle with! Of course, not better than Simba (but who is? ) She's just as sweet when it comes to cuddle time like Simba is.
Ask Dukedogsmom --- When she was over, Nala and I sacked out on the living room floor. I used Nala as a pillow and we were both snoring.
