My psychology teacher was explaining to us the definition of insanity at the beginning of the year. He told us the true story or how a man chopped up little boys, putting them in plastic bags in his freezer, and eating small pieces of them on pizza everynight. but because he tried to hide this by hiding the bodies and cleaning up any evidence, he wasn't insane.
That's right ... that indicates pre-meditation and deliberate attempts to evade authorities THUS he knew that what he was doing was illegal and therefore he can be tried for murder
