Hello, people! Just wanted to thank everyone for all these nice comments about "my" dog. Jojo is sitting in my recliner chair as I type this.
I noticed a comment by KYS about Jojo's natural ears. We have a some pictures of Jojo's father taken when we got Jojo. He has the "standard" clipped ears of the breed.
I do wonder why this is done. Do other breeds require cosmetic surgery on showdogs? When we got Jojo her tail was already cut off, and I have wondered what natural Schnauzer tails look like.
As my wife mentioned, we got Jojo to replace our Schnauzer-Beagle mix, Snoopy, who ran under a truck the first time she ever got out of our fenced yard. We like big droopy ears!
Again, thanks for the appreciations! amoore is a fine photographer, IMHO. Nice instinct for composition.
Tiny makes this pose all the time, as do the cockatiels.
