RISE AND SHINE everyone! Thanks for letting me join you. That Sangria was perfect, just the way I like it.

*hands out a few aspirin to the folks who need it* LOL

    Until next Thursday!

It's not over yet. The bar will still be open today so don't go away.

Thanks for the aspirin. **holding my head**

What happened???? I was feeling so good, then "bang" I was on the floor again.

T&P - Congratuations on #5000! Sorry I missed it - I was at home doing laundry.

I don't know if I should ever make those Pointsettias again - someone spilled a pitcher on the floor next to the fireplace and now the floor is all sticky.

Slick - thanks for taking over bartending duties in my absence - the tip jar is yours. It was so nice of you to taste-test every drink before you served it. I like quality control.

    Now, where's the mop?

Now that would be worthy of "Merry Freaking Christmas"!

I'm not well on my way to the big 6 (000 that is). Save one of those Poinsettias for me for later will you guys? Got a bunch of work to do again today so I'll be back a bit later.

Amoore: weren't we dancing to Rocky Racoon last night?? What happened after that??

    You know....I was thinking......(oh, oh)

Didn't Richard just put out a post about having a bad back? What is he doing cutting wood if he has a bad back? Huh, Richard, explain that one!

Sounds as bad as my dad. Awhile back he had a slight heart attack and had a stint (sp?) put in. The very next day he's out cutting wood. So much for the doctor's advice to take it easy for a coupla days.

By the way Richard, cutting wood is my Dad's favorite pasttime. They have a woods behind their house and they recently bought another 10 acres of woods that adjoins their land. So he is now in the process of "cleaning up" the woods - taking down a bunch of dead trees and some other "weed" type trees so the young oaks and maples can get some light. He is in the woods every day the temp is below 70. It's kinda nice though because that means we have an endless supply of campfire wood for in the motorhome. "Would you prefer pine, cedar or hardwood with your kindling, sir?" "And would you like that cut in 12" or 14" pieces?"

When that HUGE oak tree came down in my front yard after hurricane Isabitch, my son & I rented a log splitter to cut it into shape. I mean the trunk was 9 ft in circumference. No way someone's going to take a little hatchet or saw on THAT big boy! It's too green for this winter but we now have 4 cords worth for next year. We have some left from last year so we still will have many fires this winter. I do love my warm fires
