Dear USPS Customer,
The Spay/Neuter Stamp has sold out. Since this stamp was a
commemorative
stamp, it will not be re-released. You may purchase this stamp by
contacting a stamp dealer in your area. If you would like to petition
to
have the Spay/Neuter Stamp reissued, you should write to our Citizens
Stamp
Advisory Committee. This group of non-postal personnel select all
stamps
that we issue each year. Please send your suggestion to the following

PLEASE bring back the Neuter or Spay stamps. This is such an important
message. These animals need all the help they can get. And if one
stamp
can make a difference, that is one life saved.
Thank you.
