As you know I have been fostering since April. But the cats are sent to me by the organization. But today a friend of mine calls me and says he doesn't know who else to call.....(OK I already know it must be cat related). He is at work and one of his customers comes in with a very small grey kitten. It was tossed out into a parking lot. OK. I don't really have the athority to simply accept every cat that is in trouble, after all there are finances to worry about. ................ BUT............Just 2 days ago an application was sent to One by One for .....guess what............. a GREY.....KITTEN......of which we had none..........COINCIDENCE!!!!!!!??????????
I don't think so.
So SHE goes to the vet this afternoon for the testing, but she appears to be about 6 to 8 weeks old, with a bit of a cold. Poor baby.
This will make the 2nd kitten that miraculously appears out of thin air that fits the description on an application. I get the feeling that God approves of my ambitions.

That, and the fact that my bathroom door does not close from the outside (it is a bifold that folds in). I have to jimmy-rig it in order for it to stay closed so the big cats don't go in. And let me tell you, in the middle of the night, when you need to use the bathroom, UN-jimmy-rigging the door is NOT fun!!!
