He's a moronic idiot who thinks he's being funny and looks like an ass doing it. I hope his cat does haunt him for the rest of his life. I did not read into it that it was an accident. He sounds like a nasty nasty person who just likes to be mean. But, then I usually do misinterpret what they're saying.
