Regardless of our personal feelings, we know that the press and maybe even the police are making a much bigger deal out of this than they would with any unknown person. I doubt that the State of California would issue an arrest warrant on allegations alone. They spent several hours (13?) inside his "compound" and obviously gathered enough evidence to convince a judge that something was going on.

They also don't participate in get rich quick schemes of accusers. If there wasn't enough evidence, I assume this would be in a civil court.

I don't believe there was actually an arrest warrant the last time.
