I used JASC Paint Pro 7. You wanting it made smaller? For that, I like to use Irfanview, and that's a free download. Just do a search for it on google.com. You can do a few other things with it as well. I like that one above the plain pics, too. I had no idea what you wanted so I just did my version. It's fun to change the sigs all the time. They're addictive!
