It looks like Connor is watching the reflection of the t.v. on the wall in that pic. There may have been a small bug or spider on the wall too.

My cats also sometimes love to lie on hard surfaces and they've always preferred their box beds to the more expensive cushy ones. When it's hot they love to lie on my glass dining room table even though they know it's forbidden.
