i love the idea of the pedigree abby and the neighborhood tom. it's one of the things i love most about animals that they don't judge each other by "pedigree." my two cats are a purebred siamese named "S" and Felix, whose mom was rescued from a dumpster, but neither one looks down on the other because their backgrounds are different.
