We don't have Thanksgiving either, but for X-mas we have a huge roast duck. It's my absolute favourite! We serve it with normal and sweet potatoes, red cooked and spiced cabbage and Waldorf salad. Ohh, and the sauce you get - yummy!!

For dessert we get Ris a la mande - uhhmmm!! We put a whole almond in, and the one who gets that, gets the extra present.
