My husband had three Beagle hounds, he called them all dog. This presented a problem when I had to take them to the vet, whenever I carried one in, they asked me his name, I would say well my husband calls him dog, by the time I had took all three to the vet, they were dog 1, dog 2, dog 3. He just never was good at naming dogs. A bit confusing too!
