I would like to explore the whole subject of nationbuilding in Afghanistan and Iraq. Women's rights is a big part of it ( our own country didn't let women vote most of it's history; we finally changed the constitution in 1920; women in France didn't get the vote until 1945). And how do we promote the principle of separation of church and state to a region that wants religious states? Are we going to impose our model government on the Palestinians, Iran? What is the US trying to achieve?
