I don't know how the American accent sounds to others, because its my tongue.......my birth accent, so I hear it just as any other American would. My aunts in Pakistan though........they can't stand when I speak in English! They say American kids talk too fast , but I can swear I talk 10 times slower than most other teens around here. Oh well. I don't talk to them in English anyway. They do say they like the American accent way better than British though, and personally, I have to agree with that. For English, I like American accent better than British, even though they're the ones who speak *real* English!
