Your husband sounds too controlling. He needs to stop threatening you about Cubby. What is he going to do if you have children and it uses the bathroom on the floor or tears something up someday? He needs to respect you and the cat you love. Deal with that after you deal with Cubby's problems. I don't like to see cats lives threatened like that. Stand up for your cat. Good luck to Cubby
