It's funny, I don't think I had noticed the heart on Samantha's sleeve before(I always thought it was on her little black heart shaped nose!)
Maybe she is wearing it on her sleeve for her sweet Tubby!
I have noticed that she seems to have a number 8 on her opposite side though, you can kind of see it in the photos of her standing on the table.

Amoore, I love Loverboy and Sunny sounds handsome too, I hope to see a photo of him soon!
