My point is WHY IN HECK didn't these women say something before??

Back in the 70's women stood up to be counted and to take their place as equals.....I kinda thought
that women, in the following years, would take control and use their voices to stop stuff like that happening.

The women stated that they'd 'lose their jobs and be blacklisted' had they made a complaint.....
