I love the photo of Dos too, and the love you feel for him shines out through your story - lucky cat, and lucky you! His "dribble dance" is him imitating the behaviour he would have used as a kitten, suckling at his mum's teats,- the pushing and pulling stimulates the milk flow, so he really is in ecstacy. Lots of cats do this, in the UK we call it "kneading", like you would do with bread dough. Some cats also suck their owner's clothing when they're doing this.
