It's great that you're seriously thinking about adopting Willie. It's good to find out all the info you can and see if she would fit into your home or not. Maybe bring your 2 dogs with you to visit Willie on neutral ground and see how they react to each other. I'm sure everyone here agrees that it would be great if you could adopt her, but it's definitely something that you and your husband should feel is right. Some of us here live vicariously through others at the moment...LOL...so I enjoy hearing all the stories of peoples canine furkids and the adoptions that happen!! I'm still waiting for the time to be right since we work such long hours. Pam, my 2 kitties haven't been around dogs before...so I'm I have a couple of concerns. I am wanting to do a rescue...but would an older dog be more scary (because of their size) to my kitties? A puppy would be more their size but so much more exuberant....ah...decisions decisions....
