I got mine from my vets office and as far as I know it only comes in one size. I mainly used it when I had to give my RB Pepper more than one kind of pill. I would stuff 3 different pills in it so that I only needed to bother him one time.

Where did you buy it? Maybe you should call your vets office to find out if they only come in one size.
