Thanks Delcey. I hate smacking her on the nose, though I have before when she just goes nuts and ignores me altogether - it's the only way to get her attention. But it doesn't stop it totally. If you smack her nose and loudly say "NO BITE!" she will stop... but if you keep playing after that, she goes right back to it.
It's the only thing I would change about her. I'll deal with her running when she gets loose and not coming to me immediately by just being extra vigilant and not letting her get loose, but the biting has got to stop. I do NOT want her snapping at my children, even if it is in play. I know I've got plenty of time before that scenario comes along, but I want to quell that habit now.
Anyone else have any ideas???
