Rosco hurt me when he was still alive. He was about 5 months old and we were wrestling on the grass; he bit my ear. I pulled away right when his teeth were locked. It ripped the cartiledge in half. It was the most excrutiating pain and to this day I have a scar on my ear. You can feel the scar where the cartiledge tore on both sides of my ear.

Since Tucker has springs on his feet and can jump up without forewarning that he is coming, I've had the same type of head on crashes. Seems more likely than not, I get them in the teeth. With Hannah the disaster is more her using my bare legs as traction when she takes a running leap from my lap. However, the most serious injuries used to come from before we had our fence. I would take Hannah outside with a long rope trailing her. She could run and play but if she ever tried to make a break for it, I could run and step on the long rope. Unfortunately, at times she would whip around me and I would get a rope burn on my legs from the dirty rope that had been trailing on the ground. I had some nasty infections from those.

However we have thus far all survived, although my husband keeps warning me I am going to catch something from *kissing those dogs*.

Ah Ha! So THAT'S why I've become so brainless? It was that Cody leaving me a reminder of all those near concussions with a broken nose with his hard head! Talk about seeing Stars! (or ha, ha Sandra's Star!) As if I didn't hate my legs enough...since I've had Klo, I have more scratches and bruises from the little herder, than I think I had my entire kiddie years! She's not prejudice, she's also left 3 inch scars on my arms from jumping, but I got her this weekend and had her TALONS cut and filed!!! I'm buying stock in Neosphoren and Bandaids!!! Rach, I know where you're coming from with those outside ropes..Cody spun around me when he was a puppy and I didn't get away in time, got cut to the bone behind both knees, out of work 2 weeks as a burn patient and blood poisoning..you should see how high I can jump now!!! Casey sounds like my mother...kiss kiss, pucker, pucker!!

I think Max is trying to kill us...

His tail really is deadly. Have u ever been hit by a 2x4? well imagin a 2x4 being attached to Max's butt & being hit in the face with it, ouch!!

When I run in the park with Max, if I start to annoy him by always running away from him, he''ll run full tilt infront of me & STOP DEAD, & well I become airborn & very bloody.

When my ex-friend & I were teaching her 200p rotty to "come" off leash, I learned the hard way, what a sharp double spiked collar can do to the insides of ur legs & a we bit higher (ya, there!!).

Rocky loves to stand between ur legs (hes very protective, so thats where he stands all the time) & when hes just standing there, the spikes don't do too much except poke. But a charging 200p rotty. equipt with razors, = blood & swearing while rolling on the ground. Then rocky liked to jump on u while u were swearing on the ground, as if the spikes wern't enough.

I had my ribs broken by a 200p rotty named Ceazar. I was risking my skin trying to become friends with this guard my ex-friend babysat. neither of us had really gone near him incase he would eat us (he really would hurt someone). Well we knew that he loved KD with lots of ketchup on it, so we made some for us & him & we slowly brought the bowl out to him. He was ok, he didn't snarl, but his butt was wagging. So I gave him the KD & started to pet him. Everything went well until the KD was gone. Ceazar ended up liking me a little too much. He tried to give me a Rotty hug & I fell down & he landed on me & started bouncing around in excitement, bouncing on me several times.

My ribcage is all messed up now. one side is kinda caved in & is much lower then the other side.

But the good thing is that Ceazar became really good friends with us & we started to teach him that snarling at others while walking is a big no no, he he learned quickly & stoped. He became so friendly on walks an old lady was able to kiss him on the head. But when he was put back into his car, he was guard dog again.

So ya, our doggy friends r out to get us.

*ouch* these stories are bringing back painful memories lol

clover has on numerous occasions caused serious and not so serious injuries, the one in particular was when she was a pup she had a bad habit of running full speed at closed doors and her favourite door would occasionally spring open, well she did it one night and my mother was just about to open the door when she heard clover running at it, well poor mother did not get out of the way quick enough and the result was being knocked out, 2 black eyes and severe headaches for weeks after, clover has also broken one of my mothers fingers and nearly broke my nose a few weeks ago.

and theodore is a scratcher if you dont pay any attention to him he will scratch at you and he has sharp lil nails (not long, just sharp)

ohh just remembered i was at a obedience class with clover and before we start the dogs have a play well 2 of the boxers ran at full speed into my legs/knee's and sent me flying through the air and i landed hard on my shoulder and thought id broken my legs (i couldnt walk for days) but the boxers are forgiven now *silly kids*

Samantha has a habit of following me EVERYWHERE. Usually it's fine, but sometimes she'll just stop short - right in front of me. I can usually handle that just fine too, but when she does it coming downstairs, it isn't very fun.
