Well, since I don't think it's good to stop with the antibiotics, I decided to give her the next pill this morning and ask the emergency vet for advice in case she pukes again. This did not happen so far, so maybe it has been something else that has upset her stomach last night.

However, she seems to be fine now, even ate her Hill's food last night and kept it down !
