Thanks for the infor Rachel. I was wondering about these plates. About a month ago or so I looked into getting one. I couldn't find an application anywhere - even the Secretary of State's website. So now I guess I'll have to wait until they come out with something else.

And I agree, how pet friendly is Pet Friendly Inc.? Sheesh, anything to make a buck these days.
