This is really common. I would bet $$ that the vet tech accidentally put the wrong label on Simba's meds (maybe she accidentally typed "Cocoa" for some wierd reason) and then made the correct one for Simba. Its VERY hard to remove those labels if you mess up. Also, we've had people not purchase meds because of the cost, and if the dose is the same, we put a new label over the existing one. Usually, you are charged out (pay $$) at the reception desk. All charges (items) are checked again, so I'm sure he's on what the dr. prescribed.Originally posted by Kfamr
OK. I DO NOT like this. While just not giving Simba his pills i realized on the Cephalexin Casules 500mg, there's a second lable under it for "Cocoa".
I don't know, but this is bothering me alot.. Am I overreacting?
If you are concerned, call the vet and make sure he wanted Simba to take that.
