Music groups you grew up with

Let's see....*scratches head* Kohala I think I identify with your list most of all. I was in high school in the 60's and there was of course Elvis, Rick Nelson, Dion and the Belmonts, The Supremes, The Platters, etc. the Beatles were just coming on the scene in my junior year in high school.... Oops how could I forget - Frankie Avalon, Fabian, Bobby Rydell (all South Philadelphia native sons! ) and of course The Four Seasons ~ Frankie Valli! Now there was a guy who could hit those high notes better than I could! Also Roy Orbison (RIP)!

I think the only group I think that was missed from the 70's was Pink Floyd. You guys have good memories!
