I agree. I already posted once about how we had a kinda hard time finding a groomer for Guinness just because the vet says he is a chow/sheperd mix and that is what we told the groomers. And don't get me started about the way people treat Bailey sometimes because she is part pit bull.

I'm sorry your friend has to deal with this.
