Prima the red stuff under their eyes is called tears. It's basically just sleepy stuff from their eyes. It doesn't harm them, it's normal for most dogs.
Alot of mucus membraines ( i think?) Cause the fur to get brown/reddish. All dogs get it, it just shows on lighter colored ones better.
Ahh I see. Thanks for explaining. Yeah I figured it was normal...Mickey gets it too but it's black and I usually clean it away. I was just curious.
