He's cute! He looks mostly pom to me (maybe a touch of poodle or something else)....he just looks like he's been shaved. In some pics you can tell his coat has grown in weird because of being shaved (I've seen poms have that problem). I think his tongue is probably too big for his mouth, that's why it sticks out all the time....I've seen a couple of dogs with that problem too.

Either way he's adorable and the photos are very creative!

(as far as being the cutest dog in the world....I may have a bratty blue eyed boy angry at me if I agreed with that! )
