I began the holistic medication Monday afternoon. He is very good at taking it, there is quite a bit. I am also weaning him off dog food to a natural diet. I am supposed to think of him as a diabetic and feed him accordingly. Any ideas would be appreciated - no sugar. I have a call in to my vet with a few questions. I thought his swelling looked bad yesterday, but I put some bacitracin on it and it looks a little improved today. You know, you're afraid to say it looks better, but I think it does. He's still acting great. I sure hope this works.
