He's hanging in there. I've told him how many people are praying for him out in cyberspace. At lunch today, there was bloody puss coming out of his nose and then stopped. I've told the vet and he feels it is just draining through the sinuses. I'm hoping it relieves some of the pressure for my poor baby. Next Wednesday is the surgery date. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

At least with the surgery there is a chance that this situation can be rectified. With my Bailey my vet at the time told me it was not operable. We were left with no recourse but to watch it take its toll on my beautiful baby. Our thoughts and prayer are with you and your boy.

Bourbon...I hope and pray that the surgery goes well, you recover quickly, and that pressure in your head is quickly (and perminantly) relieved. I am so hoping that it's just a nasty sinus infection...it sure sounds like it to me. You hang in there, Bourbon, because there are alot of people in adition to your mom that love you...like us Pet Talk friends.

Kisses & hugs for a quick recovery.

Thanks to everyone for their responses. As I said this is my first time posting on this board and you all have made me feel so welcome. I'm taking tomorrow off to spend a three day weekend with him, so no internet for me until Monday. Please keep Bourbon in your prayers.
