I am so glad that your neighbor's dog was
rescued from that horrid life..Also happy
to hear that you would have followed up &
made the call for help yourself. I would be
proud to call you a friend !!!
How is Zack doing now? He looked so sad
in the first pictures of him, but I saw a
smile from him in the later pictures.
