This is just heart breaking! With all the animals in the world needing good homes you would think they would be glad that yours had you and not put them back in the 'system'. This just makes me want to 'whack' someone in charge across the head. They need some sense knocked into them somehow. If a family has lots of children, do they have to put half of them up for adoption?
