That's a good question ... we're currently negotiating a loan for a new car so money's a bit tight at the moment, trying to scrape together enough cash to send us well on our way ...

Pixel was being a little nawtee kitty this morning, and Scott commented that she is a bit bored, and could really do with some company. I did the calculations and it only costs an extra dollar a day to feed the cat, 100 dollars a year for annual check ups, 100 bucks for initial vacs and boosters plus 10 bucks a week on cat litter so it's not going to break the bank.

Kitten season is coming in a month! I think that we might consider it then. I'd get a kitten to play with Pixel, as she has bags of energy and would get along great with another young cat.

It's still on the cards! Let's hope that the loan works out, and that the landlord says yes!
