. LOL (not really) I am hoping and praying for good news Thursday because today he seems to be acting like his old self, stealing the bone away from Shiloh, bringing me his toys!! How encouraging!! I'm so scared, though at what the vet might tell me on Thursday. But, I am keeping my hopes up! He WILL be fine..he WILL be fine...
Bad news. I can't believe it. Killian's liver enzymes were only down to 389 from last week's 391. (normal is <100, he used to be 18, I found out). Next step is an abdominal ultrasound with a possibility of an immediate liver aspiration or biopsy. I'm waiting to hear when the Ultrasound specialist can squeeze us in. He's down to 95lbs. from his previous 110. He has my vet stumped because he doesn't really act as sick as he should.
She also does not feel any masses when the liver is palpitated. ???? So the crisis continues...
