Oh, I'm so sorry that you didn't get him. That woman made me mad How rude can people get? And about her kids in the cat room really ticks me off. I've seen little kids do that too, and the parents start yelling at me because I nicely said to the kids that you wern't supposed to handle the animals without a volunteer or staff member. So I just left and told someone at the front desk about them.
