Oh goodness, Carl...you better get better soon, my faraway friend. I have never had first hand experience with hot spots, but at the vet I worked at there were SO many dogs with that problem. I know they are yucky, itchy things and I hope Carl heals up quick. And soon it will be winter and you don't have to worry about those nasty fleas, ticks, or polen so no more hot spots
