What a great plate! Here in Illinois we have a "Pet Friendly" plate. I keep meaning to check into getting one. I'll have to get more serious about it now.

Edit: I was checking out the website (above) and I couldn't see any way to apply for this plate. The other specialized plates all have links - click here for online application, or click here for more info on applying for this plate - but nothing for the pet friendly. Hmmm....I'll have to look into this a little more.....
