Nanaberry, I must have missed some previous posts about Bailey. I'm afraid I need to be caught up. Yes, I would be concerned if she is wetting in her sleep. That doesn't seem quite normal to me. Have you placed a call to your vet? How old is Bailey and was she pretty much housebroken before her procedure? My standard poodle, Bella, was recently spayed (July 27) and all went very well, with no problems afterward. I hope that Bailey's accidents are nothing serious, but I would certainly let the vet know and see what he/she thinks. Please let us know how she does.
