Dear Danielle. I can't tell you how very sorry I am to hear of the loss of your beautiful Cassie. A loss such as yours is devastating and I wish I had the words to comfort you I'm not too familiar with all of the details regarding parvo, especially regarding when bringing another pup into the home is "safe." But I know of others who have suffered a loss such as yours and then gone on to welcome another doggie into their home and hearts. Perhaps you can speak to the vet about when a safe time would be to get another doggie?? In the meantime, I hope your precious little hammie will give you some comfort during your time of great grief. You are not alone. We are here to listen and to lean on.
