Try having the name Charlene-it can be turned into a lot of really adorable names-Sardine, Charred beans. Baylee is not a doggies' name! It could be but I don't know any Baylee's. I think it's nice name-it's distinctive and I bet not too many people forget it-they may spell it wrong but they remember it!!
