I'm 15.6 but my "real age" is er...20.8..I'm not keen on aging lol
  • I barely ever eat fish...so naturally, they recommended i eat more.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast everyday...(apparently 1 a week isn't enough lol)
  • increase stamina exercises
  • Reduce my exposure to second hand smoke...(kinda hard when both parents smoke don't cha think?)
  • Lower blood pressure
  • er..my heart rate is slower than average...
  • as for stress...spend more time with your family..yada yada yada...
  • take vitamin supplements daily
