Eek! I was yelled at by stupid neighbors when I had Nebo on a leash, in MY yard...trying to get in my car and dumb kids ran up to Nebo without asking. He was just a pup and playfully jumped on them.

I'm glad everything will be fine between you and the neighbors--it's not your fault, people should watch their kids!
