My friend had a litter of 6 pups and Harry was one of them. Actually it's the 2nd litter for Oscar's mom and dad, so Harry is really the brother of Oscar. We were not thinking of getting another dog. We already have 5(but gave away one, Casper Oscar's brother for some reason).

One night my friend called us and said that one of the pups was not doing too well. We went and took him to the vet. The vet at first said that the pup was going to die and needed an operation immediately cutting off a section of the intestine. Luckily we got a second opinion from a different vet. The pup could not crawl or sit or do anything, he had no strength in his little body and he had seizures. The vet gave him some glucose and gave some milk powder for us to feed him when we got home. Somehow the milk powder did not suit him and he had 10 -20 seizures one morning. We really thought he was going to die. Then my husband went to buy another brand of milk powder and gave it to him and nothing happened. After taking care of him for a few days we fell in love with him and decided to keep him. Now Harry is healthy, gain weight and is a little rascal.
