MissMeow, we live on the 6th floor, and just behind the next building is the Central Park. There are a lot of birds, a lot of bats, a lot of our neighboors have cats or dogs and she loves to watch what's going on outside.
I love living up high - I used to live on the eighth floor of an apartment block. I reckon the cats would just love it!
