Your Moon sign determines your emotional personality. If someone were to have Cancer for their Moon sign, they would be a very moody emotional person, often times holding things back, and withdrawing in times of emotional crisis.

But how do you explain people born on the same day, same year, same state, time zone, etc, being very different personalities? And how about twins that are very different in personality?
