Yeah, my mom almost had a little pugster. She had actually sat down with her bills and figured out how to come up with enough money for neutering and eye cataract surgery for "Tramp." She was calling him Tramp because she has a dog named Lady.

I was talking to my neighbors and they had said that he was up there the day before I found him. He laid out on their porch and cried all night long. It is amazing how many people had seen him and done nothing. I have to tell you, it was not hard at all to contact the humane society and get the owner's number and call. Why no-one else got involved to help this little guy out is beyond me. You should have seen her eyes light up though when I told her the owner offered a $50.00 reward. I thought to myself, yeah, now that you know that you could benefit from it, I'll bet you'll get a little more involved next time.
