I'm waiting for Steve to return home from work. As we need two of us to catch the kitten in the brambles.
We should be out there in about 5 hours, But we have the neighbours on alert (they are to ring me if they see Houdini returning)
If the kitten arrives back before Steve gets home, I'll try and lug the heavy humane trap over, though I am unsure if the kitten would enter a trap/have the body weight to set the trap off.
Ideally, we catch her later if she has returned. As we are sure she had moved yesterday from the giant bramble patch. Though it is very difficulty to spot a black kitten in undergrowth.
Yes, we are using tuna (in brine) to entice kitties, the CPL lady said real tuna smells the strongest. And the old lady is feeding the cats tuna daily (I have told her it's not good for them) so they are used to it.
