I went to the Nokia Website (I was going to complain) and they have a big article about it and how they had nothing to do with that advertisement. Someone sort of made it "on their behalf" I will see if I can find the link again to show you.

This is what I found:

Nokia disassociates itself from the cruel ad with a cat suffering.
Nokia is aware of the video material portraying a cat and a Nokia mobile phone, which is being distributed on the Internet. The footage has not been used in our advertising and it is not an official Nokia advertisement.
